Went in to purchase an entertainment center. Staff was friendly and helpful with answering all of my questions and setting up the delivery of my purchase. I was blown away by the reasonable pricing in this store compared to some of the others in our area. I will definitely be returning.

I have shopped often at Schewel's and have always been pleased with the furniture, service, and prices. The store and delivery service personnel are helpful and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to shop there for any future purchases!

I would have to say my experience so far with schewels has been great as I am a new customer with them. I have a good paying job but am limited to just starting to build my credit. I don't have any derogatory remarks from my bank or credit card companies but i do owe a few hospital bills. But nonetheless the credit folks at schewels was willing to give me a chance. They actually gave me a credit line above what i needed. Which made me feel kind of awesome. Although common sense wont let me go charge a whole bunch of things i don't need and cant pay for easily. It made me feel good they were willing to work with me on what i needed. The sales team wasn't pushy and were very friendly. They explained everything i needed to know about the product i was interested in. The buying part of my experience was just as satisfying as the beginning. When i went to finance my furniture i was kind of nervous that they may want a high down payment being a new customer with limited credit. I offered a little over 10% down which was accepted no questions asked or haggling to squeeze all they could from me, which on a one income family is a great feeling. With the pandemic going on, one cant help but notice the steps that were in place to be clean and sanitized at the store in staunton that i went to. Which is always an A+ in my book. I would recommend schewel furniture company to anyone looking for a friendly non pressured enviorment to do business with.

We've been to this location 3 times since we bought our house in Staunton last year. This location has a wonderful staff and I don't think I've met anyone there that hasn't been super pleasant and easy to work with. Their furniture is really great quality, the prices are reasonable and they typically always have some sort of sale or financing offer going on. We always pay for the delivery and setup and their team never disappoints! The warehouse manager is an absolute gem and has always recognized us when he sees us around. The sales teams isn't pushy at all, which I LOVE! This is a great place to buy furniture in the Valley.

We went to Shewels to purchase a new washing machine and refrigerator the staff was very eager to assist us and got us exactly what we wanted for an excellent price! We worked with Greg and he was very nice and did not pressure us into additional things that would cost more but still offered the items.

I placed an online order, the store called to confirm the item was in stock and I could pick up at my convenience. Arrived at the store and checked in the with the office, my item was rolled out and loaded. Less than 15 minutes start to finish. I wish all retail was this easy.

Greg is amazing!!! He helped us out a lot with determining the status of our order, and helping us get our replacement mattress. He was really busy, it was a Saturday and it was almost closing time, but Greg made sure we got what we wanted. Thank you!!
